J Michael offers affordable housing in the Sioux Falls area. Jim and Chris are a father and son who believe that ALL families should have the opportunity to own a home of their own.

We have helped our customers in all areas from the financing to the special needs they have in the planning of their new home.

Our family has a history of affordable housing dating to 1962 and Jim’s father building homes in Hutchinson, Mn. These homes were sold for approximately $11,000 and were intended to fill the need of affordable housing at a time when new housing was not available to many families.

One of the values that Jim was taught was home ownership and how important it was to the family. All families need a place to call home and owning a home provides stability in the present and into the future. A families financial future is many times represented in the value a home.

Today both Jim and Chris strive to give the best value in homes, hoping that their efforts will help families achieve one of Americas basic dreams = home ownership.
